This week, state Sen. Ronda Storms identified another menace:
The Dewey Decimal System.
Storms, R-Valrico, railed against the book-cataloging system during a budget hearing on state library aid, calling the Dewey Decimal System "anachronistic," costly and just plain frustrating.
It was so nice to hear your voice yesterday despite being scratchy & stuffed up. Hope you get a chance to sleep in and rest today- you need it! Also we got your package shortly after I talked to you and I wanted to say thank you for the book & lil baby bunny for Ian. I love that book and I know Ian will too, so thank you! Rob was amazed that his cd was autographed by David Gedge himself- wow!!! Wos, you are super awesome :)
Thanks Frappy! It's a great day to be alive. BTW, I think I'm going to find myself in Seattle my next vacation. I'm taking a couple weeks to motorcycle around the Western US and plan a stop in Seattle. I'll let you know when. I'd love to drink a beer with you.
