As well as music, Soul Nidus has been creating
a growing buzz, from the Toronto
area to as far as Europe, Iran, and across the globe,
through little more than word of mouth.
Salman's easily listenable catchy guitar lines, with
Nick's well thought out drum lines, twist like DNA
strands beneath the vocal styling of singer Ehsan
Ashrafi, a small man with a huge voice. His gravelly
croon has whispers of Dave Grohl-esque style, with a
dash of Social Distortion's Mike Ness, but never
resorts, or lends itself to imitation.
