SOUL OF THE CAVE shared the stage with the big artist KAKI KING (two of her songs are part of the Sean Penn's "Into The Wild" soundtrack); with the worldwide acclaimed band SLEEPY SUN (psychedelic rock, California); Linea 77; Giorgio Canali & Rossofuoco; Ministri; I Ratti della Sabina; Inferno; Lento; Fine Before You Came; SO!; Incoming Cerebral Overdrive; Dolcevena; Surgery; Dispositivoperillancioobliquodiunasferetta; Ghatanothoa; Desperate Living, Luminal and many others. .... SOTC signed with the British label Ukdivision Records at the beginning of 2007. Their first full-length album, called "ASPHALT", was recorded by Andrea Secchi and Victor Love (Dope Stars Inc.) and mixed by Victor Love at Subsound Studio in August 2007; mastering job was made by Paso at Studio73 (Ephel Duath - Earache Records). Asphalt was released and re-released during 2008. LUNATIK (official management of Verdena, one of the best Italian alt-rock bands) managed the album promotion. Plastic Head (UK) has worked on a worldwide distro in 26 countries and the record is available in the biggest digital stores (iTunes-Amazon-fnac etc.). Asphalt was positively welcomed by the most important magazines (Italy) and webzines (worldwide); it was also on rotation in the most important indipendent radios in Rome, Milan and in the rest of Italy. [JAN. 2009] The band recorded the promo/ep "Hand Made Evil" (Snakes Studio, Rome), which is composed by four exploding, direct, but also refined tracks. [OCT. 2009] SOTC went to the RED HOUSE RECORDINGS (Steve Albini, Rob Ellis, Charlotte Hatherley, One Dimensional Man, Uzeda, Linea 77) where they recorded 3 brand new tracks, which were engineered and mixed by the famous indipendent producer David Lenci and mastered by Antonio Piazza. Afterwards Petrolio Factory made a professional video clip for one of the new songs and now Load Up Communication is proudly presenting the 3 tracks and the video clip to some labels. ..
