Not every color in every size so ask us what you want before purchasing style or color, or specify size and color desired in order of preference and we will send you what is available. Soulphonics & Ruby Velle now have a 4 song disc available on our myspace site. It's just something to get you by till an actual full length album is available.
The CD includes the songs Fever, Bump-n-Boogaloo, Still Feels Naturally, and an instrumental cut Lay Down Easy. You can sample the tunes, if you haven't already, on the myspace player. People have been askin' for a CD. So, here ya go. It's home-made from the studio to the making of the disc itself. These tracks were recorded at Element Records studio, in the living room of Spencer Garn's house, back in late 2006 in Gainesville, FL. The $4.99 cost includes the 4 songs and our costs to make it.

A Brand New Batch of Soul~Funk~Boogaloo is in the works!
Within the genre of soul music there's been a certain revival of late, with modern artists making music that sounds like it was penned and recorded several decades earlier. The best faces for this revival belong to producers like Mark Ronson, and artists such as Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, and Amy Winehouse. Of course, they can't be the only ones doing it. Coming out of the musical madhouse that is Atlanta, Georgia, the Soulphonics have been bringing their own blend of funk, boogaloo, and big band-style show revues to audiences around the country since 2006. As a unit, their horns, drum, and percussion work could have placed them behind Wilson Pickett or Otis Redding in the '60s, but since it's the '00s, they've got their own lead singer with just as much charisma and soul. Ruby Velle is a 23-year-old starlet with a voice that's part Ella, part Etta, and full of up-and-coming talent that's hopefully found the right outlet. She's been playing with the Soulphonics for a while now, and the sound they're creating is more than just a throwback, it's a blast forward toward infinite soul and funk possibilities. If you check them out in person, you won't be disappointed.

Riding the wave ~ the new era of Soul Music ~ Since 2006, The Soulphonics have hit the funk and soul scene with an irresistible vibe and passion for keeping the genre alive and bringing a brand new bag of their own to the mix! The band debuted live in Sept '06 in then hometown Gainesville, FL and since have been emerging as the worthy group compared to James Brown, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Isley Brothers...and more.
Currently, the group is based out of Atlanta, GA and is set to release a brand new single in the summer of 2008! Stay tuned and keep an eye out for that one!

hey Spencer, well here i am in Florence, this place is amazing... since the minute i stepped my foot off the airplane it became my home, everything just comes so naturally. you guys should visit, thats the only thin this town is seriously missing.... good live music!!!
