inviting all metal bands to join forces in this un-nerving time. Clubs are closing in the Vancouver area, metal
fans are showing up less and less to our shows… So its time we all pull together!!!
“Vancouver Metal
Coalition” is something that we are starting to put together. Where all bands join forces and
stimulate the scene again. I have been down in the USA and it is
incredible there. The scene is striving
and there is NO reason it can’t happen here.
If Metallica brings 30,000 to GM PLACE, why cant we bring 500 to a small
club???
We have to get out there and stimulate growth!! Support each other and attend shows, promote
each other, contribute to the metal scene or it’s going to be lost, for all and
any metal fans!!!
So, I look forward to hearing back from you. Iif this is

On Friday September 4th Torrential Pain will headline this set while First Reign returns after not playing any shows in about 4 months. Nylithia will be awesome as usual and Over the Coals will be kicking off their Western Canadian tour right here in Vancouver. Skullhammer is going to rock a killer set. So last chance to come rock it out with those bands one last time before our beloved Cobalt shut down, so let's make it such an end that it will go down in history.
