About me:
After a very great start in 2007 and a awesome second event in 2008 , with cool bands, a delicate BurlesqueShow, lovley GoGo-Girls and very crazy partypeople around the whole Europe, the Soundflat Records Ballroom Bash will come back with the third part!!!!
The Partys 2007 and 2008 were amazing. The visitors dancing and rocking the whole night long to the special choice of six bands on Soundflat Records each year like -The Staggers (A) -The Montesas (GER) (on the main stage and as the Living Jukebox) -The Rapiers (UK) -Cecilia & Die Sauerkrauts (F/USA) -The Cool Jerks (GER) -The Satelliters (GER) -The Titty Twisters Orchestra (I) -Bee Dee Kay & The Roller Coaster (F) -The Imperial Surfers (ESP) -The Waistcoats (NL) -The Curle Wurlee (GER/F) -The Slow Slushy Boys (F)
and to the aftershow record hop!
All was bewitched from the Burlesqu Show and the GoGo-Dancing by -Mimi de Montmartre (F) -Linda-A-GoGo (USA) -The Guai Girls (I) -The Imperialettes (ESP).
After we got so a positive and compelling feedback again it was sure for us we must start to organice the Part 3 of this Hottest Garage and Beat Fever!

THE METEORS am Samstag, 21. November 2009 im Landespavillon in Stuttgart
Die britische Kult-Band um den Sänger und Gitarristen P. Paul Fenech kommt wieder nach Stuttgart und liefert eine ihrer legendären Live-Shows ab! Ohne jeden Zweifel sind sie "The Kings of Psychobilly", gleichzeitig auch die Begründer und eindeutig beste und bekannteste Band dieses Genres, welches Rockabilly und Rock'n'Roll mit der unbändigen Energie des Punk und der Ästhetik von Horrorfilmen kombiniert - das Trio ist zudem sozusagen die wichtigste Rock'n'Roll-Band neben THE CRAMPS, die im Laufe der 80er Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts gegründet wurde!
Als Support THE TONY MONTANAS: Das hier aus der Region stammende, aber mittlerweile weit darüber hinaus wohlbekannte Trio bezeichnet seinen Stil selbst als "Mafiabilly" - eine wilde und "gefährliche" Mischung aus Old-School-Psychobilly, Rockabilly und Punk Rock, gewürzt mit etwas Country & Western!

Stets tadellos im stilechten Zwirn der 60er Jahre gekleidet, präsentieren die Herren in der klassischen Besetzung der damaligen Zeit (inklusive Orgel) tanzbaren 60's-Garage-Punk und Freak-Beat, verfeinert zusätzlich mit "A Shot of Rhythm'n'Blues" und etwas Psychedelic - und mit einem Schlag fühlt man sich in einen Beat-Keller des Jahres 1966 zurückversetzt!

Karger Delta-Blues und traditioneller Rhythm'n'Blues gehen eine wilde Ehe mit zerschossenem Garage-Rock'n'Roll und dem dazugehörigen Punk-Spirit ein und dabei treffen BO DIDDLEY auf die JON SPENCER BLUES EXPLOSION und HOWLIN' WOLF auf THE STOOGES!
