A band of epic proportions, soundframe is said to stand over twenty five feet tall when stacked end to end. Soundframe prefers to munch peaceably on light vegetation and wild berries, but will defend itself fiercely if cornered. Hikers are advised, therefore, to turn back upon discovery of fresh soundframe footprints.
Soundframe's natural range covers much of the east coast of the United States, the central region as far south as Kansas and as far north as Lake Winnepeg. Sightings have been reported in Alaska and the islands of the Pacific but these are unsubstantiated by science.
=====RECENTLY WRITTEN ABOUT SOUNDFRAME=========
Soundframe is a cartel of five white males who have entered into an agreement both semi-formal and semi-secret with the express purpose of furthering the individual aims of the members at the expense of the laboring masses. This quixotic quintet (which sprung forth from the bourgeoisie that saturate the Chicagoland area of the United States) commands a sonic junta that reinforces ancient and oppressive phallocentric notions of gender identity while simultaneously ignoring the various theories regarding labor value, dialectical materialism, and the class struggle. In fact, not one paragraph of this group’s voluminous lyrical library confronts issues surrounding ideological inscription or the literary effect of the sex/gender system. Friends, this omission is no mere error or innocent oversight on the part of the persons in question since the combined cost of the education of this particular cartel reaches into the tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. No, these omissions are spin at best; the work of opportunistic propaganda merchants at worst.
It is the duty of all peoples internationally to resist the terrible onslaught unleashed by this elite cabal against the diverse nations of the earth. To do this in principle is noble and necessary. In practice, however, resistance to this coterie has proved difficult.
When in the presence of these dark magicians, it becomes apparent that although thoroughly evil and misguided, these five are no amateurs. The room seems at once to breathe as the sound of the drum set literally fills the space. The bass enters, alternately punching in a manner felt in the sternum, or otherwise droning in a manner absorbed into the body and internal processes. The old rhythmic alchemy of Africa is conjured - not by accident - but through the kind of careful preparation and groundwork the non-initiate observer fails to anticipate. Upon this bedrock piano, organ, guitar and violin combine to form Prometheus in order that fire might be brought forth and the souls of men ignited in ecstatic unity. It is no accident. It is orchestration. And improvisation. It is the greatest and most dangerous band that we face today.
