SOUND SANCTUARY REGRETS TO ANNOUNCE THE CANCELLATION OF THIS YEAR’S EVENT
Sound Sanctuary regretfully announces the cancellation of its 3 day event at Eridge Park in Tunbridge Wells 19-21 September. Due to one of our headline artists having another unavoidable commitment, we have had to make the difficult decision not to go ahead.
Sound Sanctuary launched in a year when the UK is experiencing economic slowdown and, along with other festivals, ticket sales have been slow. As a result of the credit crunch suppliers have been unable to extend the credit facilities that all new events rely on. It’s a busy year for bands and all this, coupled with the crowded music events market, has made it difficult for us to replace this headline act at such short notice.
We had a fantastic line-up - we would like to apologise to the bands and thank them for their understanding. We know how much their fans were looking forward to seeing them but Sound Sanctuary will be back next year, so keep checking our website www.soundsanctuary.com. Further details on ticket refunds for this year are also posted there.
