Kenny Parker is a long time resident of Austin, Texas. He came to attend the University of Texas is 1963, and quickly became involved with the Austin music and art scene, playing bass guitar as one of the founding members of the legendary psychedelic rock band known as Shiva's Headband. In addition to his talents as a composer, acoustic guitarist and bassist, much of his time is now focussed on channeling universal tones through various mediums such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tingshaws, Rattles and Medicine Drums.
