Bio
.vestiges of wild flowers in wild fires. a man who is a bird who is a man who is a bird.... "..propels one into a completely different universe, where complex arrangements and quiet/loud progressions govern the ever-changing musical themes. At times soft and calm, at others exploding with rage while exploring high notes, the track continuously evolves into a layered and well thought-out construction, offering a great insight into Kaneda's debut EP.".... - The Silent Ballet.. "..Eschewing the instant gratification of the distortion pedal, Kaneda reward the patient listener with gradual layer building followed by the inevitable but always satisfying crescendo; a virtual demolition of the tune that never disappoints. This is no quick trip into a field of sustained effects – this EP is a journey. One I'll voluntarily take time and again." - Ivan Stanton, Music Reviewer "Rather then being like the standard quiet-loud progression group that so many of us are used to, Kaneda take a different route, crafting each song as its own entity. This may seem rather simple, but to keep the music evolving constantly throughout an album while still holding the audience's attention is a hard task, to say the least." - The Silent Ballet -

Hiya,
I saw GSYBE last Tuesday at Troxy. Upon leaving the venue I couldn't speak properly, I was completely disorientated. Obviosuly all this due to the brilliance I had just witnessed. GSYBE, are simply incredibble. Who supported in Manchester by the way? In London they had a brilliant 'post-rock' trio The Dead Rat Orchestra.
Oh by the way I was sporting a Kaneda t-shirt at the concet hehe!
See Ya.
