Sounds of System Breakdown are Rob Costello (synths, guitar, vocal, retail), Adam Jensen (drums, backing vocals, counselling) and Richy Kelly (guitar, synths, backing vocals, customer service). They play electro post-punk that is equally at home on dance floors and in band venues.

The small festival circuit is their bread and butter, having played HWCH, Life, Knockanstockan, Sibin, Mantua and Solas in the last few years. But 2009 is the year they finally scraped together the money, equipment and time to independently record their debut album, currently in post production
