~Wheatsville CO-OP- On Guadaulupe just north of 24th st. Yeah!! Now you can find our soap here too!
~Lowbrow Emporium- S. Lamar at Manchaca
~Book People- On Lamar @ 6th Street.
~White Crane- Both the South Congress and North location.
~38th St. Pharmacy- on 38th street just east of Lamar in that strip-mall center.

South Austin People, aka So.A.P. was started by JohnPaul Fierro, a chemistry graduate from UT Austin. In college he focused his research in alternatives to petroleum, such as vegetable oils. This is where he learned how to make soap... Real soap that is naturally atibacterial and naturally sudsy without the use of harsh detergents(SLS).
We use a unique blend of 8 botanical oils in our soap for the perfect recipe of a bar that is long lasting, not too soft, not too hard, with a sudsy lather. It is naturally moisturizing and benefits dry skin. Its truely the best soap you'll ever use! We also formulate our own moisturizing lotion base, massage oil blends, body everywhere sprays, and liquid soaps! Our products have a wide variety of scents using essential oils and fragrences, some in combination with teas, oatmeal, spices, herbs, or flowers for a nice light to scratchy exfoliating factor. Try to smell your way through over 30 different types to find your favorite!
