MySpace a place for friends

Cadence formed in the early part of 2004 when four good friends from Hastings, East Sussex, Kayla Hopkins, Danny Baker, Jack Finnis and Dimitri Karalis; came together to create music of their own.

The latter part of 2004 saw the departure of their bass player Jack, who went on to pursue his studies in Drama.

Then in the beginning of 2005, Cadence was brought back together with the addition of new player Adam Hart. This was when they found their new confidence and an improved live show with new upbeat/guitar driven material, along with acoustic material they started out with in 2004.

Since then Cadence have supported The Crimea, Too Much Texas (Ex Inspiral Carpets) and have been gaining respect from their local scene with their shows, Cadence are currently booking shows around the UK for the summer months and the future.

The influences of the band comes from varied genres, starting from rock to classical, and along with the bands personal influences ranging from The Police, The Killers, Dashboard Confessional, Green Day even to Queen.
