Like many of us out there South Croyden started recording on a 4 track cassette recorder {well, even on boom boxes prior to that}. For many fun filled years in the mid and late 80s South Croyden wrote, scored, and recorded simple melodic tunes using the beloved if not completely outmoded cassette 4 track method. As paychecks would allow eventually digital home recording units replaced the analog method. Over the twenty two years that South Croyden has been recording and issuing limited pressings - I have been blessed by God to have friends who are infinitely more talented than I am - freely donate their time and appear as guest artists on my various projects. Previous albums have included appearances by :: Chris Williams, Jason Fuller, Fred Schubert, (more songs than I can recall counting on all my fingers and toes have been graced by good friends and National Music Camp Veterans ) Rod Alonzo, and Jason Crigler. Jason was kind enough to help with some engineering work at Suspects House of Metal (in Brooklyn) during the recording of the 2003 Album -Paging Mr.Kringler- And very special thanks to Tom Barrons who has in later years assumed the full role of Engineer and played on so many tracks that my brain smokes even trying to comprehend the full extent of his time and input at Murphys Sonic Bone Yard. And to countless others whos names ~ wow, this really is like reading a transcript of the Oscars, I thank God for music everyday.
And the next thing you're going to tell me is that it's really a home-made helium balloon, and that you're 6 years old, and that you're stuck inside it, and now it's a runaway balloon... =-o
...and that it's really all just a hoax... =-S
...Doh! =-o
;-)
You have a great weekend too! =-D
PS - How fast can it go 0-60? And what's its BHP? ;-)
PPS - The insurance for that thing must be out of this world! ;-)
