    Hey, nice to meet YOU,..we are ..SouthernRoxx... .. Is it necessary to be an American to play Southern Rock? No, we think if you are addicted and dedicated to this kind of music, if you can feel it in your heart and soul and you can give these songs the perfect bunch, it doesn't matter where you're from. .. So here we are, the German Southern Rock band "SouthernRoxx". We were born and raised in Germany, but we all liked american music and the america n way of life since we were teenagers. It took some time (ok, let me say the truth, it took many years) for finding each other, but at the end of the year 2008 we have had the possibility to start out a Southern Rock band. First of all we began as a pure cover band, but from the very beginning we knew that we also wanna do original songs. Because of some lineup changes, we had to quit working on our originals for a while and when our cover program was set up again and we were ready to rock out, we began to hit the stages. Always on our mind: Our original songs…. Sure, it is fun to play all these great Southern Rock songs from legends like Skynyrd, Hatchet and all the others, but if you are able doing original songs yourself this might be even more fun. .. So 2012 came and we restarted working. We put all of our senses, feelings, heart and soul together and soonly "Southern Woman" came to life. It is a special song, not only because it is our first single, also because we truly mean it when we say: "If you don't like me the way I am or who I am, you can kiss my ass". Our CD is in progress so there will be some more ass kickin songs to come from the German Southern Rock band "SouthernRoxx". Stay tuned! ..
