    From Blues Redemption the winner of "Back to Beale Street 2010" Band competition: Thank you Gary and all the volunteers from the SSBA for all your hard work in organizing and running this competition event. Congratulations to The Randy Oxford Band, The Mary McPage and The Wired Band for being such outstanding bands and getting to the SSBA finals. We look forward to gigging more with all of you at the fund raising events leading up to our Memphis trip. We feel honored and privileged to be the 2010 representatives and we will be working hard on our act to assure the South Sound Blues community is represented in the best light possible in Memphis.     Sean Carney won the International Blues Challenge as Best Band and Best Guitarist in Memphis, 2007. Attention all BLUES LOVERS!! I just inked a deal with Sean Carney's agent to have have him headline the Gray Sky Blues Music Festival in Tacoma next April 10th. Sean won the International Blues Challenge as "Best Band" and "Best Guitarist" in Memphis, 2007. His career has skyrocke ted since then. Check out his website at: www.seancarneyband.com

I'm beside myself with glee at the company I get to keep with the musicians you've aquired so far..that lil sweetie, Jumpin Josh, Julie, Miss Beckie Sue and her Sweet Daddies, The most awesome Fat Tones, Bump Kitchen and last but certainly not least, Mt Baker bluesfest..all of afore mentioned artists I've had the great pleasure of seeing at the bluesfest in my part of WA. Support our Blues associations, go out and see these incredible musicians thereby supporting your live music establishments and yall come join us at the Mt Baker Bluesfest this summer!!!!! (and come by the kettle korn stand and say hi to me! lol)
