Inspired by my own Native American (Yaqui) culture and all the potent, vibrant life experiences of an urban Ndn from sunny southern Cali, colorful expressions, such as those in the photos, seem to emerge on their own. I take great pride in my work and pay particular attention to detail while allowing my art to create itself. It can take a few hours to several days to complete a project, depending on the size and complexity, but I find great satisfaction in representing these teachings with the respect and honor they deserve.

Heya, Things are good on the home front, but not so much on the work front. Crazy Mayor Villaregosa's staff changed our bell schedule to 8 periods. One day we have periods 1-4 and the next we have 5-8. It's making everyone's life hell, teachers and students anyway. Thinking about changing schools this year, but I will miss my Santee students so much! I'm kinda torn right now. We'll see what happens by the end'a the year. Glad to here you are having good times on your vacation. Tell Jerry I said wha's up foo! Good luck with all the prepping, September is just around the corner! yikes!
