The SPACE JUNIORS were from Sydney. They began in 1986 and broke up in 1990. They made three records. The first was JUNIORVILLE 20, which went to number 3 on the Australian independent charts in 1988. The second was the full album entitled ZOOGAN~ A bunch of nineties in a sixty zone, and the third was the single from that album, CHEWIN", which went to number 1 on the independent charts. The SPACE JUNIORS put the records out on their own label, JUNIORVILLE MUSIC, which they set up from money they saved from gigs. This was no phonie "indie" rock, this was the real deal. ROLLING STONE magazine said they were the only band truly independent from the whole music business! So there! Ain't that TUFF.
