Spaceman Music opened August 1st, 2007, on the site of the former Song Bird Music, which had been at that location for over 20 years. The new store is employee owned and operated, and the staff is made up entirely of local musicians dedicated to providing the best in guitar, amplifier, and musical electronics maintenance and repair, as well as vintage and gently used intrument and amplifier sales. We also buy, trade and consign vintage and used instruments and amplifiers.
Our Repair Department is one of the best in the city, with quick turnarounds and unsurpassed customer service. Whether your guitar is in need of a basic repair or a custom set-up, we're the folks to see. If your amplifier is giving you trouble, we've got a tech on site ready to lend a hand and get you up and running as soon as humanly possible.
We are located at 388 Gladstone Ave. at the corner of Bank St., Ottawa, Ontario and can be reached at 613-594-5323 or toll-free at 1-888-733-4999
We are open Monday through Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday and Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and closed Sundays.
