The dog singing "I'm a man" on the car ad is singing a 1966 song by the same name by Spencer Davis, "The Hustler" on that other car ad is by 60s group The Sonics who gave us punk before it got labelled, "I'm coming home" on that phone ad is Mel Torme in 1963, "Venus" on that women's razor ad is by Shocking Blue recorded in 1969, "In a Gadda Da Vida" played on the church organ in the Simpson's is by Iron Butterfly 60s rock group and then there's sampling 60s music - come listen to the originals, see what you think.
