About me:

Around the time I left school, I was very much into Drum & Bass music, buying tunes most Saturdays from the local record store, Boogie Times. I have been into electronics and radio since I was about 5. One thing I always wanted, from a very young age, was to build a radio transmitter. I remember building little AM transmitters, at about 12 years of age, then onto FM radio, and getting further and further with more knowledge, until we had a London wide station around 1993. 'Freedom FM' wasrunning from 1993 to 1998. In this time, I also made some music, with a home studio using an Akai s3000XL and outboard effects and mixing desk. Some of my tunes can be played on the music player below. Look for Sparkie! I then moved on to downhill mountain biking, and dirtjumping. We ran races at a place called Penshurst in Kent, and had some great times! www.ukdirt.com This was my hobby from about 1999 to 2005. After that, I went back to the radio and electronics, and became an Amatuer Radio operator in early 2007. Currently enjoying playing with antennas, and transmitters, but now legally!
