Formed in 1995 by singer songwriter Paul Sparkes, Sparky's Cosmic Journey have been a favourite among some of New Zealand's top music and theatrical arts festival.
Of their many successes perhaps their biggest was when their music video for crowd favourite. "More than a one night Stand" went to NO..1 on NBCi.com's worldwide countdown. It secured more than 6000 downloads a day, over 1.3 million in total and stayed in NBCi.com's TOP 10 for more than 6 months!!!! More recently their video for "Superseismic Girl" won the Knack Award at the "New Zealand Kodak Music Clip Awards" for BEST VIDEO produced for under $5000. The new concert is proving to be even better with alien crash landings , a fire breathing RED DWARF and alien dancer, an audience of grooving robots and aliens, and of course more fantastic music.
