Sparrow are four friends from Brighton and Cambridge who craft sad, beautiful, thoughtful pop music. Using natural, unprocessed sounds, resonant girl/boy harmonies and hypnotic rhythmic arrangements. Sparrow have developed a striking and unique sound. Challenging, addictive, spacious yet warm. Sparrow's innovative music looks at the everyday things that go uncelebrated in a cold modern world. Having quickly established a reputation as a captivating live act, Sparrow signed to the Numbskull HQ imprint of the Total Creative Freedom record label. After a highly sought-after limited first run, their self-produced eponymous debut album will be given a full release February 21st 2011, accompanied by the breakbeat driven single ‘Secret’ and remixes to be announced. Sparrow will be playing string of U.K dates in early 2011.
