sparrow house is jared van fleet and that is me, recording music by myself and also sometimes with friends and neighbors. i am a member of the band voxtrot. we have recorded several ep's in the past two years, we released our first 'full-length record' on may 22nd, and now we're on tour pretty much all the time.
recently in the increasingly-rare in-between-times i have been working to record and release music under the name sparrow house. part of what i'm doing is releasing four ep's, each one relating to a season. most of these songs are based off of old material, even old recordings, from bedrooms over the past few years. the first cd is called falls and it is available now (just below). the second, television snow, will be here soon.

oh you think you're so clever by not including which year january you mean, so it could be january 2020 before the next Sparrow House EP. that's too bad. please say you're releasing sooner than that, preferably today or tomorrow. is that asking too much of you? okay how about in a month or two?
