Bova, I'm very sad to say that I've had you're writings for almost 2 years now...and I haven't fully committed. I haven't even done much at all to conform to "the spartan way." BUT, I am sooo interested in what you have to say, and I am so interested in health, real health, in general. I just have a long way to go to getting in the right habits. But I am becoming healthier. And I run a lot now. Actually, I'm running a 50 mile race next month. And I finished two marathons last month, my first two! Pretty easy actually, after the training. I think I'll float you an email soon and hopefully you'll have time to get back to me. I would say your no BS approach to health has affected me more than anything else in this area, and I would say everything you say is true. If only I will make myself a follower... :)
Bova, I have a best friend who is going overseas to the middle east next spring, and I don't want to send sugary crap and whatnot for snacks and replenishment since we know those aren't good for you, and not to put words in the troop's mouths to say they don't appreciate what they DO get. I know they do, but I figure that if I am spending the money I would go the extra mile to send things that won't impede their health while they are there. Thank You in advance! :D

bro... thanks for the info on improving grip! i work for a water delivery company and i have to carry 45lb jugs of water to peoples garages to 4th floor apartments and sometimes through office complexes and when a new hire rides with me they have to set the bottles down if its not like 20steps from the truck... NOT ME! hahaha i can walk about a quarter mile before i have to set them down and readjust! they all ask me how i do it and i say 'spartan training baby' thanks again bro i find everything in your book helpful but thats just one thing that helps me day to day perform better!
g'day mate, Just letting you now, the program has changed me completly. 50% of my diet is now fruit, what can i say? i could go on for hours explaining how good & how much it has changed me. To the secptics, with discipline and hard training IT REALLY WORKS!

Mr. Bova dear Sir. when are you going to come out with a super duper unheard of strength enhancing workout just for me! I'm trying to get my Shoulder pressing strength from 180 so I can be pressing more than i weigh. woohoo!
