Worship and growth in my faith, Computers, Biology, playing slots, I LOVE and truly appreciate music. What a gift from God. I really enjoy laughing, water, beaches, swimming, volleyball, cooking (and eating), Mexican food, Mexico and its wonderful resorts, soccer, working out.
I have a passion for history and cultures, especially Irish, Celtic, Central American and Texas history. I also find the decline of the Roman empire and the shaping of Europe by the barbaric tribes very fascinating.

About me: Crazy life these days... married 3.392 years now to a lovely girl (Leslie). I also have a baby boy, Connor. He was recently named "most attractive and physiologically symmetrical child in the U.S." according to the U.S. Baby Rating Survey. If you don't believe me, look up the results at www.usbrs.org. Anyway, I have lots of pictures of him posted under, well, my pictures.
I have the honor of playing drums for my old friend Todd Agnew as we travel around this country.
I used to be a computer/network guy, but I got the "dream offer" to leave it behind and play drums for a living. These days we are on tour most of the time.
This musical life isn't nearly as glamorous as you might think. You have anywhere from 9-13 people on one bus, one toilet, and nobody can go #2. The good thing is that it is usually cold in there, so you sleep like a dead narcoleptic rock.
When you aren't on the bus, you're in the van. You get to drive anywhere from 3 to 20 hours to get somewhere and play for 1-2 hours.
I have a great family and great friends, many of whom are back in Texas.
I play Spaun drums... great drums, great people. Check them out at www.spaundrums.com
The band and I wear NOTW clothing... great clothes with a great message! Thanks to Andy and Eve NOTW! Check out the following:

(If you buy from the website, be sure to mention that you were referred by Todd Agnew... it helps us out!)
....
Who I'd like to meet: Mark Twain, Michael Moore (so I could kick him in the nuts), Jim Henson, Simon Pegg, Steve Coogan, Al Gore (so I could kick him in the nuts), the Monty Python guys, Adolf Hitler, Abe Lincoln, St Brendan, Weird Al, Helen of Troy, Mister Rogers (before he died.. I'm certain that the zombie Mr. Rogers would be quite frightening.)
Happy Belated Thanksgiving! Hope your first Thanksgiving with the little one and back home in Texas was good. Enjoy your holidays... we were hoping to catch a Christmas show, but it probably won't happen this year, so we'll wish you a good one in spirit.
Do you really have 24,586 spiritual books in your home library? Not playing the BS card on you... just making sure someone really and truly has me beat before I have a little talk with the hubby about adjusting our budget so I can catch up.
Okay, Wilson, now I'm not exactly complaining, but there's this HUGE event coming up next week, and you haven't given us a rant about it. Please! I know you've got a good one building up.
Hey Wilson, I missed talking with you after the show Monday night, but I had to leave when the rest of my group left. Great job . . . even if it was just two songs!
After reading Danica's post, I had to watch the video...adorable!!!
And when I saw your little red light (saying you were online) my first thought was that it's been a while since we've all experienced a Wilson blog. :)
