Seattle based Special Meds is just what the doctor ordered for what ailes ya! A fine mix of all Original recipie Uptempo funky soul and Roots rock and roll!! There are a wide varity of backgrounds and musical tastes in the band, which ends up resulting in a hard groovin' musical cocktail. Hammond B-3 and punchy horns drive the bus. The Meds can be found playing your favorite Outdoor festivals like , Springfest, The Bite of Seattle, Missoula Hempfest, Squidstock, Olympia Hempfest, etc. The Meds can also be heard shakin' it up on a Friday or Saturday somewhere in Seattle, Portland, Bellingham, Eugene, Olympia, Spokane, Missoula, Boise, or in Your home town! This situation represents pretty much the musical atmosphere of Krama's second album: Mighty bass structures form a clean and solid foundation, on which sunny melodies swash out of trancy depths, accompanied by forcing rhythm structures. Since 2001, Dimitris Violitzis and Elias Garanis from Greece have constantly developed their very own definition of Power Progressive Trance.
The epic flow of their music is inspired by their musical background, which includes minimal Progressive Trance on the one hand but also classical and Celtic music, New Age sounds and even some Metal.
The intense effectiveness of Krama's tunes could already been witnessed on many different Progressive floors where the two dudes always delivered excellent shows.
