In the last 5 years Speedtrap have played the length & breadth of Scotland, from the Shetland Islands in the North to Dumfries in the South Speedtrap even ventured into that foreign land south of the border, England!!!
Formed in June 2002, the band line up has varied a little over the years (2 singers, 4 bass players & 2 keyboard players), but has now settled into the current 4 piece line up with vocals, guitar, bass, and drums.
Most Speedtrap gigs are performed in pub environments, usually playing to an audience that enjoys the varied mix of classic and Modern rock the band perform. Outside the pub environment Speedtrap are a hit at motor cycle rallies and MCC rock nights. They feature regularly at bike rallies all over Scotland
