Spencer Collective, a band formed by Luke and his brother Paul Spencer have had considerable success with their music including releases on Hed Kandi Records, Gareth Emery's Garuda Records, Kinky Malinki and Universe Records. Their tracks & remixes have had support from a diverse range of international DJs including Fatboy Slim, Roger Sanchez, Gareth Emery, Seamus Haji, Judge Jules and Timmy Vegas. The Spencer Collective remix of Coldplay's "Talk" Received many plays on BBC Radio 1 including Pete Tong's Essential Selection. Electroflex have been back in the studio following a break from gigging and recording with new track ‘Computer Virus’.
This is the first of a series of new releases for 2009, and what better day to start on than Liz’s Birthday!
‘Computer Virus’ is a live favourite. Anyone forced to work with computers will know how evil they are and this track is Electroflex’s response to Kraftwerk’s ‘Its More Fun to Compute’. It is a bouncy number with a serious bassline, sing-along chorus and a selection of curious samples.
