yea i need to control it it gets really bad, when i get to that point. i kinda just blackout and don't have control of what i say, i just say the most hurtful thing i can think of to that person. I guess it was cuz i used to get stepped on alot ( not literally lol) when i was younger so i have this huge defensive block now, and i'll do anything so when i'm getting in an argument people don't get that vulnerable side of me again.
