About me:

Southern Paranormal Investigations is a professional group dedicated to scientifically researching paranormal activity in Texas. Each member of our group brings with them a distinguishing set of views and proficiencies which helps create a tight-knit and well-formed investigative team comprised of believers and skeptics. Each of our members dedicates their time and energy for every investigation on a volunteer basis. SPI is a non-profit group; however, we do accept donations to cover travel expenses, equipment costs, film processing, etc. We will never charge a fee for our services. By not charging a fee, we are further insuring that our results are not biased or skewed in any way.

Steps of an investigation:

1. Consultation

If you feel your residential, commercial, or private property is having paranormal activity, please e-mail us with as much detail as you can. One of our investigative team members will then contact you, via your preferred method, as soon as possible to further explore your experience and to possibly set a time and date for an in-person investigation.

2. Investigation

SPI uses state-of-the-art equipment including infrared cameras, digital cameras, voice recorders, digital thermometers, and electromagnetic field detectors to capture scientific data.

3. Evidence Reveal

Two team investigators will present the evidentiary findings as well as any personal experiences our group may have had at your location. During the reveal, you may ask as many questions as you like. SPI will also give you a copy of any evidence gathered. SPI will maintain any and all original audio, visual, written and other files pertaining to the investigation.

4. Follow-up

SPI fully understands that the paranormal activity may continue to occur after we have completed an investigation. We will continue to be here and support you with all of our available resources. SPI will re-investigate locations as needed to ensure your safety and peace of mind. We can also provide resources for removing the activity, house clearings, blessings, etc.

Privacy:

At all times during this process, we will maintain your privacy and confidentiality to the highest level. Our team appreciates that this request is of a sensitive nature and will do everything in our power to protect your identity and location. We would like to publish any findings and will request written permission prior to publicizing the results. SPI will never post an address or physical location on the internet or in any publication, and instead will use the following examples: Personal Residence #1 (Houston, TX), Commercial Location #1 (League City, TX), Private Property #1 (Conroe, TX), etc to maintain anonymity.
