Strictly an adjunct to the magnificent website: Under The Banyan Trees wtih Steely Dan. I'm not sure what this MySpace crap is all about but I can no longer resist.
Hi, Pat! Thanks for checking on me. Been traveling a lot but will check in with y'all at BT yellow soon. The fellow is (of course) a new ex... my fate I fear. Oh well... NEXT!
Do you remember that concert we went to (was it the Kinks?) and that little nerd cop kicked me/us out of line for NO reason? I hadn't thought of that in years until minutes ago. What a #$%^!
Oh and to answer your question: What do Incubus and Steely Dan have in common? NOTHING! Dont make me think your so closed minded that you dont think both bands make great beutiful music. Although the genre is different.
we're doing our best to get across to the other side of the country. i believe that there is a national tour in the works for the fall, so hopefully seattle will be a stop.
thanks so much for listening. hope to see you soon!
No, not Mark. I was with Jim and Gary; two forest rangers that Chris J. and I hooked up with about a year before I met you. We SO partied with them! ;o)
Thanks for stopping by. How goes it? G. doing alright?
Speaking of which, there's a smokin' new Progressive Classical track up on Mad Nutcracker titled "Wasp Flight" Currently #2 in Progressive Rock on SoundClick.
St. Al,
If you play Lawrence Welk's 11th album while viewing Hot MILFs Volume 2, the synchronization is eery. (You have to start them at exactly the same time.) You won't believe what happens at the climax of Myron Florne's solo in "How About You".
Re:my questionable musical taste, I was under the impression that the constituent parts of our heroes went under the monikers of "Don" and "Walt"???
Hope all is well on the West coast and the rain continues long enough for you to get some serious practice done on those tubs !! There's a corner of a studio in Scotland waiting for you
Hi StAl's UBTw/Steely Dan, just a quick hello from the Jazz Pistols - hope you are doing fine and have a nice christmas season. Thanks for being our friend and good luck for the things you do. Best regards - Christoph
Our Live-DVD will be released on the 1st of February 2007!
If you would like to hear more tunes of the Jazz Pistols you can check out our homepage and get the Jazz Pistols CDs in our own shop - if you are living in the USA it will be cheaper to get them at CDBaby, Abstract Logix or as digital download at iTunes. Please join our newsletter if you are interested in our tour schedule and upcoming releases.
Like I said, good thing you don't check your MySpace that often! Harmlessly passing your time in the grassland away. Only dimly aware of a certain unease in the air!
Great to see you here, finally. I think you'll enjoy it.
I'm home-- still trying to get it all together.
I was thinking about Chris yesterday and was going to ask you to ask him something. Can't recall what it was now. Brain damage.
