Come All Ye Faithful, Joyful and Triumphant; Hot Boxers!
This Yuletide we are joined once again by Django Django's most rambunctious redhead, Hugo Paris. Danglz n Schmooz go mistletoe-to-toe tusslin in a hot Christmas cracker, Young Tayport Posse style.
BOXING DAY. SLEAZYS. 23:30 - 03:00. Bring a cracker, come hot.
Ginger Bells and Djangle Balls, have a hot one whether you make it along or not. Rafla & Nobodandy x
Hmm your trips up north sound similar to mine. Oh look the Xcerts (or other fave band) are playing Glasgow - maybe I could combine that gig with visit to elderly aunt who I really should visit haha!
Shoogly - that's a good Scottish word! Good to meet a fellow Glaswegian who has lost their accent! haha! Are you going up specially to see The Phantom's two gigs in Scotland? IF so you are as bad or as good a fan as I am! :)x
Great to meet you too last night! I will be posting the videos in the next couple of days - when I have a moment! Got the band to sign my CD afterwards and chatted to the bass player (who commented about you! - asked if I was friend so I told him how we'd met up) and the keyboardist. He and Rick both remembered that I had been at the Barfly gig - problem with being old haha! x You only missed one song btw!
THANK YOU! Can't believe that actually sounds pretty good, I was totally bladdered. Nice tracking shot of Gav there too, fine camerawork these days - THANKS a million.
Don't forget to listen to my radio show Wednesday night then (you can tune in online) as we've a live and acoustic Local Natives song that'll blow you away!
ooh what song what song? I love the Andrew Bird I do and have been told that 'Morning' from '...All a dream' sounds a bit like him but its the first time anyone has suggested he is ripping ME off - I like it.... let me live in my imaginary delusions!
thanks very much indeed missus for reposting the Arran clips, I am too fizzled to work out how you did it but there we are, bad dancing and everything!
the rockies truly rocked indeed - thank you, The hippy festival was the best so far, got a standing ovation! have ukulele AND melodica groupies now... the all lady record shop also a pretty fabulous time and Vancouver is like a London gig but still good if you see what I mean... Its all brilliant and I;m having the time of my life!
Thank you :) I did have a lovely day although poor Dave was on call last night so we could not go out. I'm sure we'll make up for that soon enough though. Hope you and John are both well and happy x
Thanks so much for the video of Moses from the other night - just like last time, reliving the moment almost makes me weep with joy. Fingers crossed there are more videos to come and thanks again for making the long trip.
Hi Spiggie, thanks very much for the kind words. Ill have a little rummage through my recordings I think Ive got a live version of albino legs somewhere, just message your email through and Ill do the rest.
Thanks, lovey. That makes us feel really special. :-) Perhaps we should send some life-size cardboard cut-outs over, so it'll seem as if we never left? Much love to you both. D & S xx
Yes, it was! We'd just been for a meal at a posh restaurant (courtesy of a gift card from friends for looking after their properties in their absence), then went for a walk on the beach at Craig Bay (about 40 minutes up the road), and this is what happened as the sun fell below the horizon. Lovely.
Hoping all is well and happy in your world, dear chums. Miss you. :-(
