We wanted to start a company that not only offered exceptional coffee at a modest price but we also wanted a company that was fun! We roast our coffees every week at our roasting facility in Rochester, NY's Highfalls district. We have the most advanced roasting technology that allows us to consistently produce amazing coffee.
