   About Spiral Dream Catcher
Spiral Dream Catcher are new made up largely of session musicians or willing band members who fancy a jam or just like to write and play. Our musical genre is difficult to pin down but if we said we loved anything from folk to metal, then you wouldn't be far wrong. The current principle musician is Rob Scott (Discerning Images Photography) - this person writes, plays, paints & sings, but he also writes poetry, and runs or co-owns a successful photographic business, model agency, indie record label etc. In other words, he's a jack of all trades and master of non. someday he'll get a proper job. He's played in various bands since the 70's (yes he's getting on a bit), playing clubs, pubs and even part of a 20,000 festival in 1980 - but nowadays he spends time going to numerous gigs (mainly to photograph the bands) but loves live music. ALL SONGS SO FAR HAVE BEEN RECORDED AT LIKE MIND STUDIOS - YORK. MY SINCERE THANKS TO NIGEL AND SHARON FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME. "I would love to play or jam with ArcanA, Megawatt, Sgt John, The Universals, Tidal Fury, The Who, ZZ Top, Jeff Healey, Dysfunction (go on Dambo, you know it makes sense) Father or any York Band - Music makes the world go round - I would welcome the opportunity to halt it a bit" Rob Scott - April 2007 Click here to go to Discerning Images Photography Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket MySpace Layouts

Fibbers, Stonebow, York hosts the launch of the 'LAY DOWN AND TAKE IT' EP by Tidal Fury.

Entry is ticket only. If you would like to be part of this rock fest - contact Tidal Fury (myspace.com/tidalfury) or FK Music Management 01904 781574 to reserve your place.

FK bands Megawatt Winged Avenger and SIDEWINDER are special support. What a line up.....

Demand is high (actually this isn't hype lol) and there are a small number of tickets left, so be quick folks.

The gig is free, in support of the Paul Hunter Tribute Concerts in support of the NET Patient Foundation.

Local radio, press and The Talk will be there as well as MTV, so it's going to be a cracker.

Cheers Rob
