Nuno Biscaia started to express himself musically through the drums since he was 10 years old, and, some years later, he was driven to grab a guitar by the need to write songs and, later, he felt that he must give them his voice and lyrics.
In 2005 he recorded a first home made demo with the help of some guest musicians and, in 2006, time and space finally conspired in order to make possible the meeting of Nuno with the first members of Spiral, which meant the live presentation of the band.
After this step, Spiral went to studio and recorded another demo with the songs “Beyond the horizon”, “Dare” and “Blindly believe” that you can listen to in the band’s myspace.
Since then, Spiral have been performing live in several venues with a powerfull show with different approaches within a rock sound. In September of 2009, they finished the recording of their first EP called “A lot of plenty” that includes the songs “For your tears”, “In fluorescence” and “Away” already available in this web page.
The next step is the oficial and live presentation of this record that will happen in the coming months and, after that, if they have time, Spiral will conquer the world…
