Spirit DoG currently consists of three former members of the 80's rock band Walk The West and the 90's country rock band The Cactus Brothers. These being the brothers, John and Will Golemon and David Kennedy. Now welcoming Joey Garrison, Caleb Riker, and Desiree' Monet into the mix! The songs are written by Will and various family and band members. The drums for the first five were recorded by Pete Cummings and edited by Will Golemon II who is producing this project. We have two songs mixed so far, they are Pure and Seems, check 'em out. (More songs are coming soon!)
The song Let Freedom Ring was done entirely at Pete Cummings studio and features J.D. and Asa Wiggins and Adam and Heather Skaggs. This song was written by me and my wife, Debbie, who is part Cherokee. We hope it can be used to help the Native Americans on Pine Ridge Reservation someday.
