About me:

Where I am I going? That’s a question I’ve been trying to answer for myself, so I probably can’t give you that good of an answer. First, let's discuss where I've been recently. I've had four years of college (or 'university' if you're a Brit), but there were two years between the third and fourth years of college. Despite this, I still don't have a degree yet. I've majored in Biochemistry for three years, then it was Biology for a semester and History for the next semester. The current plan is to try getting into a nursing program (RN or BSN) for Fall 2010.

Now for some facts about me that might be more useful to you. I've built computers and run Linux on them in the past, but I think I have to resign my geek card after my little sister gave me her old Macbook (1st gen black, if you must know) and fell in love with it. I’ve been knitting for fifteen years, and I’m a rabid music collector (yes, I love vinyl). I've also recently taken up concert photography (take a look here if you're curious). I also haven’t had a particularly good track record with romantic relationships (ha...what romantic relationships?). If you’d like to bribe me, I’d suggest dangling a rare music item, some nice yarn, or a shiny new tech gadget under my nose. (Okay, you might want to be wary of what kind of tech gadget you pick...I’m especially picky when it comes to sound devices...hint: Rio Karma, Sennheiser, and Shure = good; iPod and Bose = bad). I promise that in spite of my eccentricities, I don't actually bite (or at least no one can prove it).

Confused yet? Yeah, so am I.

..

Who I'd like to meet:

Weird people--preferably those with brains.

If I don't know you from somewhere else and you don't write me a message along with your friend request, I reserve the right not to add you. If you can't write complete sentences and use proper grammar (hint: use "you're" or "you are" instead of "ur") in your message to me, let alone write an entire paragraph...don't waste your time and mine.
