| General | Future Worship at Spirit Song: We plan to launch our regular Sunday morning worship services in September, 2008, although we hope to offer occasional special worship services on Christmas Eve, Easter Sunrise and other times during the year. Between now and then we will be gathering a Launch Team to help plan for this exciting event. As new people join us we are forming "Harmony" groups -- small groups that meet regularly in homes for prayer, spiritual growth, fellowship, food!!! and fun! About me:
Hey there! I'm Michelle and I'm one of the first members of a brand new Christian church out here in Peoria Arizona! It's called Spirit Song United Methodist Church; a Protestant church with the goal of bringing people together to a greater and deeper faith in Jesus Christ. Because I'm on the promotions team and we all know that Myspace is the place for getting news out in cyberspace land, I have created a Myspace page for Spirit Song with the hopes of getting the good news out there to people of all ages. Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone who has a wish to further their personal relationship with God! For now Spirit Song will be meeting in home groups for fellowship, prayer, Bible study and spiritual growth until we are able to build a church of our own to regularly meet in. It is our desire to help you become a more deeply committed follower of Jesus Christ so that together we may use our creative gifts in praise of God and be in ministry to the world as disciples of Jesus Christ. (And have tons of pot-lucks while we're at it!) We invite you to join us on this exciting adventure as we grow together into the church God is calling us to be.
