GeneralI have a doctorate in life coaching. I love helping women transform their existential suffering into transcendent joy. I provide support, motivation, inspiration and accountability to the women I coach.

I love life coaching women from all over the world. I have a passion for social work (I have a bachelors and masters degree in social work). I am interested in spirutuality of all types especially The Tao te Ching, A Course in Miracles and Vipassana/TM meditation. I am particularly interested in immigration reform. My overall goal in life is to relieve the suffering of as many sentient beings as possible!

My all time favorite movie is the Mexican movie Like Water for Chocolate. I love anything directed by Pedro Almodovar~I loved Volver! My favorite actor is Gael Garcia Bernal. Who doesn't love I Love Lucy? I especially enjoy Saturday Night Live. I love to laugh!

Books


I have been avidly studying A Course in Miracles since '92. I also love the Tao te Ching and anything by White Eagle. I love to read and probably read a thousand books a year. For non-fiction works I love Marianne Williamson, Laura Day, Pema Chodron, Paul Pearsall, Joan Borysenko, Jerry and Ester Hicks (Abraham), Martin Seligman, Florence Scovel Shinn, Ken Wilber, Brian Weiss, Ram Dass, Russell Targ, A Course in Miracles (and its Urtext) and Wayne Dyer. I am interested in spirituality of all types and I study all paths in order to understand and learn from their essential truths. My favorite fiction writer is Laura Esquviel. Two of my favorite books are: The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath and Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain made me laugh out loud!
