On 11:11 I received my 9th healers rite as a shaman. Just moments after receiving this rite I had the opportunity to join the 11:11 meditation and send my healing intentions out into the world. Nothing has ever felt more right.
I have many interests including Native American Culture and Spirituality, Meditations, Healing Pathways, and Music. I am a writer and am hoping to have a book published soon. I love the outdoors, sunrises and sunsets, waterfalls, the seashore, mountains, Animals, sunshine, moonlit summer evenings, and electrical storms. I love coffee and coffee houses, tea, muscle cars and choppers, and I have an addiction to adrenaline based events ...Bungy jumping etc. Anything dangerous is thrilling to me, however I am also a simple man. I live for the Human connections, getting to really know someone... deeply know them... and Healing work. I feel most alive when I am touching someones soul with my own. I have also become certified in "Reiki" and enjoy working with the forces of the bodies energy field. I am a trainer for "the Mankind Project" which is volunteer work, helping others to find a pathway in their life that works for them. I teach meditations, and also do some counseling and life coaching. I also enjoy quotes, words of great wisdom, words that give me a reason to travel deeper into my own soul... Anytime I feel the magic of my own soul working I am fully living, and these are the type of things that I live for.

Music is my Passion...
I write my own songs, play guitar, and sing... My favorite guitar by far, is my Taylor 614CE...This is the most amazing instrument I have ever played. I have a wonderful 12 string Washburn that brings me much joy to play, I also play the Native American Flute, and some drums and percussions as well. As for my inspirations, well there are many... I will list some.
First and foremost, The Beatles. God Bless the Beatles for all the gifts and inspirations they have left for us to experience... and for all the creative doors they opened for the world of music with their creative genius, their stubborn persistence, and their magic. So...The Beatles, Bob Seger, America, Pink Floyd, Bad Co, Alice Cooper, Cat Stevens, Bread, Creed, Aerosmith, Bob Dylan, the Guess Who, James Taylor, Fleetwood Mac, Motley Crue, GNR, Ozzy, Elton John, David Bowie, Queen, Frampton, Johnny Cash, Steve Miller, Clapton, the Stones, Rob Zombie, Ted Nugent, Styx, the Animals, Tom Petty, Pearl Jam, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Jeff Healey , Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers, the Doobie brothers, Steeley Dan... and the entire British Invasion. Now to name a few of my influences.
Lately I've been listening to Jack Johnson alot. I also enjoy John Mayer, Bill Miller, and many female artists like Sheryl Crow, Jewel, Fionna Apple, Sarah McGlaghlan, Norah Jones, Heart... and I absolutely love the CD by Alanis Morrisette titled "Jagged little pill Accoustic".... My all time musical hero is John Lennon but I really love George Harrison also.
I don't want to forget to mention all of the great music from unsigned artists here on myspace...

TELEVISION SUCKS... IT REALLY SUCKS!!!
It has been often said that the eyes are the windows to one's soul...This is how we see deeply into each others truth...and it also means that what we take in affects us deeply. The images and messages that our eyes take in affect who we are... So for me... for the most part... the television is a complete waste of time. I rarely even turn it on. Outside of a few reality shows that are heart warming, or documentaries on things that I care about, there is little to no value for me. I refuse to believe most of what I see on TV anymore. Network news is full of half truths or lies, and the rest of the network programming is useless garbage. In fact...The Television is known to send the mind into a state which is less active than when your sleeping... Television drains your mind of the creative energies and programs your thought patterns. What the world needs now is Less TV... Less Programming... and more Love and Affection. Stop the madness and stop the programming of American citizens by turning your TV off.

I grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, where eventually, addictions and prisons brought me to a crossroads in my life. It was there that the jorney home to the truth of my heart began. I have always been creative, and I have found that in my own personal growth, music has been a major force in helping me to own and express my deeper feelings, as well as to help heal the wounds around these feelings. My path in life has been rough but very rewarding, as I have been forced to deal with the issues of my life, whereas others may have been able to hide within the walls of their "comfortable dysfunctions"... The gift has been finding the deeper truth of my heart and my authentic self, as a result of processing through all the hurt. Acceptance through self forgiveness is one of life's greatest gifts, and it is what I teach. True and deep connections with people is one of the greatest passions in my life, may we all find our way onto the path, and may I find a way to connect with all of you in some way.

The entire special olympics athletes. And... I can't forget to mention my future wife Sheryl Crow. I joke around about her often, I call her my future wife, but I honestly do admire her. She's beautiful, creative, talented, expressive, powerful, down to earth, and feminine. She's my image of a "complete woman". As for who I'd like to meet in a dark alley, well if I were the sort of man to want to meet someone in a dark alley it would have to be George W. Bush !!! (Lights out for you Georgie !!!) This country does need a political enema, however, as much as I despise the tactics of the current administration, if I don't learn to practice forgiveness and acceptance, I become the same kind of man as the ones that are controlling the killing machine. There is something absolutely breathtakingly beautiful about the spirit of a woman. That gentle and nurturing energy. The softness of her hands, the softness of her heart. The way her eyes see the world in a way that no man can seem to understand, but cannot resist to want to be around....
Remember to share your dreams, remember to send your voice to the creator and to speak of your dreams, not to ask for them... Speak of your dreams, and of the vision you have to manifest those dreams into your life as a reality.... let us create our own reality from what we choose, rather than from what we accept. Send your dreams out into the universe... without conditions... and without any expectations.
And remember, just as the yin and yang suggests, that in each day there is a gift, a beautiful gift of love, and it is our responsibility to ourself and each other to find the beauty in it. There are many gifts to be found in this lifetime... But only if you choose them.
