I'm an artist. I enjoy doing Photography, mainly Black and White, as well as Pen and Ink drawing and a little paint. I also like to write in my spare time. I'm into Skiing, riding my motorcycle, and Martial Arts... all of which I've been hooked on since I was a little kid. I'm pretty good about trying new things though. I like to keep an open mind.
Music
I like all kinds of music. I guess that you could say that I am very well rounded in this area. I like everything from Metal to Rap and R&B. I even like a little Country. The only type of music that I'm not too fond of is Goth Metal. I like music that is music.
Movies
To say what my favorite movies are would be too hard. I love movies. I have a large DVD collection the keeps on growing.
Television
The Contender, Rockstar Supernova, CSI: Las Vegas, 24, Lost, Invation, Inked, South Park, and of course The Family Guy. Other than that I mainly stick to the documentory channel stuff like Discovery and History.
Books
I read a lot. Everything from books about true stories and events to action and adventure.
Heroes
Most people would say Spiderman or Superman. I believe in real heros. I have a friend named Kevin, 26, that served in Iraq with the U.S. Army. While on patrol one afternoon his group was falling back to their trucks to head back to their camp. He and his squad leader were pulling the rear security when Kevin was hit by 3 grenades, quickly followed by an attack from nearby roof tops from multiple automatic weapons. Kevin, while baddly wounded managed to find the courage to limp to the aid of his squad leader while engaging the enemy. He fought until he lost consciousness from loss of blood. He awoke 8 days later in Walter Reed Medical Hospital, and discovered that they had to take both of his legs from arround the knee down. In stead of dwelling in a pool of self pity, Kevin learned to walk on some very Hi-Tec prosthetic legs, and now spends a lot of time visiting the wounded that have returned from the Battle Field, and motivating them to DRIVE ON. It is truly an honor to know him and call him my friend. He, I would have to say, is one of my Heroes.
