Splendid Lo-Fi, a new Spanish-German label from Barcelona has opened it’s catalogue in November 2009. It will harbor different selections of House, from Deep- to Tech House, always groovy, less functional but musical. We work with a small selection of international artists and capture a fresh House sound. The label wants to be driven by the music of it’s artists not vice versa that means the artist will have his freedom within the definition of the varieties of House.

The second release of this still brandnew label from Barcelona comes again with a fresh an unique sound from the Colognian duo Brandt&Chevallier.
Three great tracks between House and Tech-House not easy to put in a category, deep and especially fresh, quirky and melodious and with some perfect warm basses and key sounds, pads and beats and some really catchy male voices. Not always serious...you will get that.
The title track UH! is a more dancefloor oriented track with an incredible and powerful tom-sound and will work just well on the floor and as a counterpoint to the more melodious OUT and JUST.
On this track Oleg Poliakov from Paris, producer for the french label Circus Company, puts his hand to make it sound like he would have done it.
And he makes it sound different in his way and again just big with a vivid beat and his fabulous feeling for the rhythm and groove that goes straight to the movement of your feet.
With this second release the label is going straight its way.
