Splintered Throne was formed by Jonathan Schlosser and Brian Garrison in the summer of 2006. Originally created as a project that had no musical boundries, it has produced and recorded everything from pop to death metal, power ballads to thrash, and acoustic to heavy metal. In late 2007, after creating one full length CD and one EP, playing shows all over Oregon and opening for several touring national headliners, the project was put on hold while members pursued other interests.
As of November 2008, Jonathan and Brian have decided to reform the project, but with the focus being melodic rock/metal original and cover hybrid band. We have been busy retooling old and writing new material that will be introduced at 2009 shows.
