Influences
Most influences are as follows: mainly we thrive on the emotions that run within the music. The lyrics and vocals are all about life experiences cceiws on life and things that have happpened to me. Also the thought of saying fuck you through our music playing to the world is a big inspiration.
Band influences are as follows... Lamb of God,Killswitch Engage,Chimaira , Tool, Slipknot, Vehemence, Pantera, Coal Chamber, Korn, Marilyn Manson, Murderdolls, Slayer, Old school metallica (alcohollica) and more.
Spliph is a local hardcore/metal band from the small shit hole hanford california. Formed originally in 2000 the band had two singers but quickly got rid of one of them. The line up of jesse dugan(vocals) ,joe walls (bass),jesse Chavana (guitar) and Nick Allison (drums). The band played for a number of years barely getting any practice since bassist joe lived far away. Then drummer Nick Allison sighns up for the army and the band had to take a break.
Later Bassist Joe ,former vocalist Jerrid Winter, and former vocalist turned drummer Jesse Dugan Went into a local metal band named fetalis who only had one song and ended up being a dead end as far as we go. But Jerrid and Joe and Jesse continued to play with just the three of them constantly searching for a guitarist.
Spliph then hooked up with fromer guitarist Jesse Chavana and are now has a four song set as well as have put out a live demo. Look out because this is spliph and soon were gonna be tearing up the stage be sure and watch for us because here we come.
