Borne from the desire to create music in the moment, Toronto artists David Barrett (guitar) Tim Langan (bass) and Sascha Tukatsch (percussion) present their self-titled debut release SPLUB.
12 pieces - 56 minutes - a collection of spontaneous compositions captured live off the floor on a mere 8 tracks - as real as it gets.
Recorded and mixed at their convenience and mastered at The Lacquer Channel by Phil DeMetreo.
Initially conceived as a research and development project - during an eight day 'jam session', the trio captured enough music to spirit them on to present a body of work that is SPLUB.
