Spoiler55 - More than the titan tribute

The band Spolier 55 formed in the begining of the 90..s in Kristinehamn, Sweden. After a short and not very succesfull career they stopped playing together for a couple of years but back in 2000 they started up again. 2001 they realeased their first CD on their our own label Milliway Recordings. Today they write and record our own music trying our best to get it heard.

In 2008 Spoiler55 where honored to have been chosen as the Five best YouTube live versions of the Alarm song Strength.

Spoiler 55 is long time fans of The Alarm and The Mission (and they got the record collections to prove it). ”Strength” was one of the first songs that they rehearsed when they started their band.

The idea to record ”Strength” and ”Bloodbrother” came a late night in January 2006 in studio Overlook in Gävle, Sweden, .
- We were talking about recording a collection of songs to pay tribute to some of the bands that has meant much to us during the years. The songs were to be made availible at Myspace, says singer and guitarist Magnus Gerlström.
The recordings began spring 2006. The songs have been recorded at varius locations: kitchens, bedrooms, mental institutions and studio Overlook.

Without the approval from Mike Peters and Wayne Hussey this site would never seen the light of day.
