it doesn't matter who someone was in their past; what truly matters is who they are today and what they are now doing with their lives. Too many times people only want to base a person's life on the past they once lived and too many times they only choose to remember the negative events that happened in a person's life. But if they really took the time to see the person for who they are today, then they would realize that sometimes it's those negative events that happen in our lives that help us to change and grow more as we begin a new life and leave the old one behind.
I told people at my school that people cant help who they care about. tons of people called me a freak because im bi. id look at them and tell them yea im a freak but this freak doesnt hide who i like im bi and im proud
a hero is someone that the world perceives as ordinary but who is doing something extraordinary to make a difference and help others in life; my friends are my heroes in life for to me they are more than ordinary, they are beautiful and extraordinary for all they have overcome in life and for the compassion and kindness they show to others, for having a heart of gold that shines through and for making the most of their lives as they take the time to reach out to others and encourage, inspire and motivate them as they take them by the hand and walk down life's road with them, letting them know they are not alone; thank you for being a hero to me and to others out there and know that just by being you, you have touched the hearts of many around you, making a difference in their lives and giving them hope to keep fighting and moving on
I felt like this would be a good story to share. I am a sophomore in High school currently and I fully support gays and bi's. We have 2 lesbian girls in my 3rd period class who have been in a relationship with each other before, sitting next to each other. Well the other day they were talking about their relationship when the girl next to them freaked out and said, "Ew, you freaks. Miss, can I move?". It really upset me to see someone get disrespected and put down for their sexual preference.
