Who and What are Spontaneous?
Spontaneous is a family, Crew and serious business.
We formed our operation in 2003, with members mainly consisting of an underground UK garage collective called 'Just Incredible. Although immensely talented individually, as a group (8 Mcs & 2 Djs) Politics and inexperience hindered our success. Two members of the group (Seeker & Vega), came together to form their own independent Label Spontaneous.
Seeker had to make the transition from crew mc to solo artist, while Vega Returned to his roots by dealing with the Producing.
Why the switch from UK Garage to Hip Hop?
We never switched our style, still drive the same just changed the vehicle.
Seeker writes his Lyrics to express over any type of beat, but where as garage is predominantly fast with MC's opting for catchy sing along lyrics it wasnt really suited to him.
Hip hop on the other hand allowed him to be free with his speech; he felt at home and just knew there was no turning back. Thats why Vega had to contribute a nice blend of melodic Music and hard hitting beats.
So whats The Plan 4 2006?
Release The first album from Seeker entitled 'SEEK MYTHOLOGY'.
Were currently shooting the video for the up and coming single 'KEEP YOUR GUARD UP', the song is about some of the personal and environmental issues/changes taking place in the world today.
Because our music is straight from the heart it can only be described as HEART-CORE Hip Hop.
