Eric Johnson, ex-guitar player for seminal death metal band, Archers of Loaf, has a solo project and this is it. I cannot pull off this stuff live b/c I mess with it too much in my "studio" (glorified finished basement).

Hey Eric. I'm really digging the new song! On my 3rd play right now. Are you using your Jazzmaster on this track? Sounds like it. I'm really happy that you're still working on Spookie material. I know you're probably busy these days with law stuff & life. Keep up the excellent work my friend!!!
Eric, it's great to see that Spookie has now become a band. Now that you're all graduated and have some bandmates, maybe there will be more Spookie action to come in the near future? One can only hope.
"Amorphous Porpoise" is a classic track, I remember that from a SpookyJ release. "Go" sounds great, but it's too damn short!
The new track made me feel like I was lost at sea in pitch black night floating on or in something without control, wondering where it would take me. Very haunting...
like the new stuff.... i'm gonna get you our latest project (recorded in the basement) one of these days you may recognize the need for our services.... just down the road in lovely fairview, nc. LZ
